2018 - 2019 Middle School Registration


Welcome to the 2018 - 2019

Middle School Registration

This Registration Session is intended for Middle School Players ONLY.  If you are registering a Falmouth High School Boy Player or High School Girl player please return to the Home Page to find the appropriate Registration Session.


Middle School Hockey players do not have to register on the Falmouth Community Programs website. We are not required to pay any participation fees to the Falmouth School District.


All Falmouth Middle School players must register with USA Hockey before registering with Falmouth Ice Hockey. Please go to USA Hockey website link below to register. Your registration confirmation number will be required to complete your online registration with Falmouth Ice Hockey. Players must print the confirmation page (with the bar code) from the USA Hockey Registration and bring this form to the first practice.

If you are already registered with USA Hockey, please have your confirmation number ready to Continue
  • Go to www.usahockeyregistration.com
  • Click "Ice Players & Coaches"
  • Check the box and click "Continue" if you are 18 or over
  • Select the 2018 -2019 Season
  • Follow the rest of the step-by-step process online, remembering to save your "Confirmation Number" as it will need to be input on this Falmouth Hockey registration system

You will then return to THIS online registration system and proceed to fill out the following pages and pay via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal.

Cost is $300.00
  • Optional payment schedule: 1/2 during registration ($150.00)
  • Final Payment ($150.00) due on or by November, 1st 2018
Step 3:

Register with Southern Maine Middle School Hockey League (No cost)



Please note: A new date / time for the initial skate is Friday, November 2nd, 5:30 pm at Falmouth Family Ice Center, Located behind Walmart off route 1.


The sooner players are registered the better positioned we will be to establish teams in the appropriate League Division.
